Took a Blue Hawaiian lap stopping outside the workout room for some Monkey Humpers for Subway & Uncle Rico and ended at the planters. There we did 20 Irkins, Dips, Step Ups followed by a Dora 1,2,3 with 100 Merkins, 200 Lunges, and 300 Air Presses. We then took full lap around the club, R&R’d the work at the planters and then did a series of 20 exercises followed by a 40 yard transition, 3 Burpees and and backward run to the starting point. The exercises were Merkins, Lunges, Squats, CDDs, & BBSU’s and the transitions were High Skips, Carioca Right, Carioca Left, Lt. Dans & Mosey. We then took a lap around the course stopping at the Club Entrance for 20 Ranger Merkins, #17 Tee Box for 20 BBSUs, and the bottom of the hill for 20 Alternating Lunges.
