Wrestling tournament at NBHS had lots of cars and buses all over the campus. YHC decided the run around part would be replaced by repeating the do stuff part. Peeping Tom confirmed it is much more enjoyable to wrestle up a weight class or two than constantly trying to make weight.
Warm-a-Rama
SSH, Cotton Pickers. Several cars coming into parking lot made YHC realize the lot was no longer a good place to be so we took a short mosey to the overhang area.
Sun Gods, High Knees, Butt Kickers, Downward/Upward Dog. Short mosey around the triangle sidewalk.
The Thang
A very slim version of a previous IPC. EMOM 2 Burpees plus the following exercise: 15 Hand-Release Merkins, 30 Let Raises, 45 Jump Squats, 60 Big Boy Sit-ups, 75 Lunges (single count). Peeping Tom and Pyro knocked this out faster than YHC anticipated so we headed out to the Pull-Up bar for 2 rounds of 10 pull-ups, Planks and Box Cutters. Then 3 quick rounds of 2 Pull-ups each. Headed back to the overhang to for 10 Cuddys per step and then rinse and repeat the Burpee EMOM routine. Still with almost 15 minutes, YHC threw in a Merkin EMOM challenge, 2 Diamond, 3 Ranger, 4 Standard, 5 Wide.
