THE THANG:
Ruck to the Convention Center Wall for Bitcoin-led:
1. Rucked Up Irkins
2. Static overhead press
3. Dips
4. Wobbly Leg (one leg up) Dips
We then Rucked to the corner of Middle & S Front for:
1. Chest ruck press
2. Static ruck big leg flutter (alternating leg raises, so to speak)
3. Negative tempo chest ruck press
4. Quick low flutter
Rucked up and headed to Sky Sail for backwards up the ramp and back down, up once more before down the stairwell
Ruck up Middle to Bear Square for 7s:
Rucked up curb-elevated heel squats and Overhead press
Mode of transport was Dealer’s Choice and included Baby Bjorn, Farmer’s Carry, even static skull crusher position
Rucked up to Pollock and made a right, rucking out to E Front and stopping at Franklin’s for:
Ruck-free Inchworm across the lot
Lunge walk back
Ruck back up, head to the Gazebo.
