15 of us came together on this very humid morning for The Fartlek.
We began with an Indian Run of 1 mile, arriving at the Garber parking lot for a little
Warm-a-Rama: 10 Sun Gods both ways IC, 10 Side Straddle Hops IC, 10 Merkens, 12 Cotton Pickers IC, Downward and Up Dog. Then we transitioned to
The Thang: also known as The Cooper, we did a set of 10 Burpees, 10 Squats and 10 Merkens OYO followed by a lap around the parking lot, then 9 Burpees, 9 Squats and 9 Merkens, followed by a lap and so on and so forth all the way down to 1 of each.
We then did an a 1 mile Indian Run back to the NBGCC Parking Lot, ending with a count-off and prayer.
Good job Gentlemen. In addition to all of the exercises we also ran almost 4 miles. Thanks for coming!
