It was a beautiful morning to get a workout in as the sun rose over the water . My 2.0 tagged along today(he is 4). The other HIMs were very helpful and encouraging to little man. Even with the little guy in tow we were still able to cover 2.1 miles. We ended in the COT. My son’s given F3 name is now Flash which is very fitting. Prayers for Bitcoin and other with heath concerns were lifted up. All around great morning.
