Implements were brought and used:
Warm o Rama with some mosey to start and then a few of the usual exercises
The Thang:
1st round: ruck side pull throughs out and back
Ruck pickle pointers (ruck on pelvis)
Sit ups
Mosey 2 laps
Head to the pull-up bar for 5 pull ups
2nd round:
Memory is challenging me now, but some additional exercises, then another set of pull ups
We rinsed and repeated all of that and @FIC added a 40 set SINGLE ARM hang (modify to 2 arms as needed)
Closed with a sprinkle of abs and got after it for the day at camp!
