3 Pax were part of a Boy Scouts weekend trip to visit Patriot’s Point Operation Overnight, where we stayed on the USS Yorktown aircraft carrier overnight!

YHC invited the leaders/Dad’s/HIMs for a beatdown.
5 answered the call, cold and having slept on ship cots overnight.

Warm-a-rama:
Mosey outside to the back deck for 3 burpees OR 6 merkins.
Mosey back to the hanger for SSH and Carrot pickers.
Mosey out to the main entrance for hillbillies and sun gods, plus 4 burpees or 8 merkins.
Couple more warmup exercises and 3 burpees (BURPEE COUNTER = 10)

The Thang:
PART 1:
Burpee/Merkin Cardio Heart Attack
Set the timer for 8 minutes
2 Burpees or 4 Merkins- mosey to cone #2.
2 Burpees or 4 Merkins- backwards run to cone #1.
Rinse and repeat and repeat and repeat…until the time is up.
YHC had 80 Burpees here, bested by FIC and Reset

PART 2: Mosey to the bottom of the steps.
3 Burpees OR 3 merkins plus 3 squats
Mosey to stair landing 1
6 Burpees OR 6 Merkins/Squats
Mosey to top landing
9 Burpees OR 9 Merkins/Squats
Total here = 15 Burpees
(BURPEE COUNTER = 105)

PART 3: TABATA
4 stations, partner A runs to the B-25 Bomber cone and does 2 burpees, mosey back
Partner B: lunges, hand release merkins, jump squats, and Burpees were the 4 stations
1st round was 60 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest
2nd round was 90 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest
YHC had 63 burpees here

3 final Burpees to bring us to 175 Burpees for the morning
