THE THANG:
1. Mosey to front of school- $10,000 Pyramid
10 Burpees by the front entrance, then mosey to the curb for floating squats (reps rising, aka 2, then 4, so on up to 20 when it was down to 1 burpee. (Burpees = 55, TOTAL = 65)
1. Mosey to the field for 1st and Ten
2. 1 pull-up, mosey to the 10 for 10 burpees
3. 2 pull-ups, mosey, 9 burpees at the 20
4. 3 pull-ups, mosey, 8 burpees at the 30
5. Go all the way down the field
6. 10 pull-ups, then mosey to the opposite goal line for 1 burpee
7. 55 More Burpees (120 TOTAL)
8. Mosey to the Boxes- 10 Minutes in Heaven
1. BUT, we were short on time, so it became 6 minutes in heaven
2. 5 Burpees, 7 Dips, 9 Bulgarian Split Squats each side
3. 2 minute intervals, ended up giving about a minute of (NEEDED) rest
4. 3 Intervals- (15 Burpees; 135 total)

MARY:
Mosey to the front

3. OUT OF TIME
