Warm-O-Rama:
– arm circles
– Baseball stretch
– Carrot pickers

The Thang
– 10 bent over ruck rows
– 10 merkins
– 15 ruck squats (some sets were front carry squats, baby hold squats, static overhead hold squats)
– 20 ruck swings

Total 10 sets. Rucked around UPP with stops at flag poles, convention center, under the bridge, gazebo.
