A 2-Pax thanked the #SkyQ for the break in the rain as we jumped into a Memorial Day beatdown:

THE THANG:
With lots of ground to cover, we jumped into a modified Ruck-based Murph:
Station 1- bent over ruck rows
Station 2- Irkins/Merkins
Station 3- Rucked Up Squats
The stations formed a triangle in front of the Neuse.
We did a warm-up UPP lap and then pounded out 10 rounds, changing rows to Overhead press (20 at a time), Thrusters (brutal), and tempo negative and positive rows.
For the last two sets of station 2 we did pure Merkins.
Break as needed. But always do pure merkins for the whole 20 (to honor Murph)
Squats were pounded out with Glee.
By the end of round 10, we had covered roughly 1.5-1.6 miles. Moonshine was a stud and said “I’ll go past time, I’m doing 2 miles!” So how could I say no?
We rocked the Long union point Park Loop and then orgasm laps out to the boat ramp and back. This gave us 2 miles!
We counted, named, and prayed! Great way to start the day, hope to see more of you. HIMs out there!
