We’re overdue to pay some dues and “taxes” on our health, so this 3-Pax got the week going right:

WARM-O-RAMA:
Squats, then Jump Squats
Annie’s
Hungry Hungry Hippo with the ruck- this got everyone huffin’ and puffin’
Downward dog
Ruck Pull throughs
Mini lap before we got on to the main event

THE THANG:
#1: CATCH ME IF YOU CAN
Partner A does 5 Rucked Up Hand Release Merkins, shuffles to catch up to B
Partner B is backwards rucking around the cone square
Flapjack once one group catches the other
5 rounds and the sweat was pouring

#2: MAHA-
Make America Healthy Again?
Make Arms Hurt Again?
Nope…Merkins Are Hell…Again!

There were 4 cones. We started at cone 1 and did 5 Rucked Up Hand Release Merkins (RuHRM), then rucked to cone 2 for squats, ruck back to cone 1.
Next, 5 RuHRM, 5 rucked up squats, and 7 Rucked Up Merkins.
Rifle carry to cone 3, Farmer’s carry back.
Next, 5 RuHRM, 5 rucked up squats, 7 Rucked Up Merkins, 5 Rucked up Lunges each leg, and 5-7 Rucked Up Ranger Merkins.
Baby Bjorn the ruck back to the start line, and then we rifle carried out to cone 4 for:
RuHRM –> Rucked Up Merkins –> Squats –> Diamond Merkins –> Lunges –> Ranger Merkins and finally, Rucked Up Hand Release RELEASE Merkins (Thanks McRib)

#3: Rip Rap Taxes:
Ruck to the Rip Rap
Partner A- Ruckees- Ruck on the ground, Burpee down on to it, instead of a squat jump, ruck thruster.
Partner B- Ruck shuffle 20-30 yards to the Rip Rap pile, grab 2, one for each hand, and move them back to Partner A.
Rinse and repeat.

Then, Partner A does Bent Over Ruck Rows, B gets more Rip Rap, rinse and repeat.

This led to quite the pile of rip rap, and time was winding down.
Rucks off, 60 seconds, all the rip rap has to get back to the pile in time or there would have been a (10 Burpee!) penalty. Pax made it with 5 seconds to spare.
We then rucked up and headed back by the Gazebo for some Mary.

MARY:
We took on the Alphabet, Rucks extended, feet 6 inches off the ground.
We did some letters with our Ruck (a B is hard!) and some with our feet while doing a static ruck.

We counted, named, and prayed. Good to have you there HIMs! Come out Pax, we miss you!
