Early in the week Bitcoin suggested a heavy ruck around Martin Marietta Park on Saturday to “stay ready so won’t have to get ready.”
Not wanting to to miss run training schedule, YHC, arrived early to run 3 miles. Then joined Bitcoin at Startex to embark on ruck around both trails totaling 4.6 miles. Good exertion, work, and mummblechatter.
