F3 Carterico’s annual Kraken event kicked off at Fort Macon. For the Ruckers, it included 4 quick beatdowns along with 10 miles of rucking along the Fort Macon trails, Atlantic Beach roads and a long stretch of beach. Approximately 20 Ruckers and 30 runners participated. Breakfast was made on site and enjoyed by all.
