Time for Burpees

Not as cold as expected this morning, for which the Pax was grateful. A simple plan for this morning from YHC secondary to MABA challenge.

Warm-a-Rama, The Thang, Mary
The workout today was a EMOM repeating cycle of Burpees plus a secondary exercise then rest until timer sounds. Each Pax set their own Burpee reps and YHC encouraged the Pax to maintain that rep count each round. The secondary exercise rep count was 15 . Routine consisted of:
2 to 5 Burpees, 15 LBC, rest
2 to 5 Burpees, 15 Calf Raise, rest
2 to 5 Burpees, 15 Air Press, rest
Rinse and Repeat for 60 minutes

Pyro asked the Pax to add 1 additional Burpee to their goal number to close out the final round. YHC heard the Pax report between about 150 to 301 Burpees completed today.

Appreciate the Pax for allowing YHC to use this day to log a ew burpees and the opportunity to lead.
