A sturdy 6-Pax took on some GORGEOUS December weather and prepped for Christmas with a good ole’ 12 days workout.
WELCOME to @JazzFluter (aka Collin Chesney), our FNG. He crushed it!
After the disclaimer and 5 core principles, we got warmed up:
WARM-O-RAMA:
Side Straddle Hops (SSH) In Cadence (IC) x 14
Lunge Walk to the front of the Godnasium
Michael Phelps IC x 14
Elevated calf raises OYO x 50
We strode over to the cones set up, where Pax would ultimately discover that the running pattern spelled out HO-HO-HO!
We stopped at the cones in that Ho-Ho pattern to practice the 12 days, including burpees, Mike Tysons, Imperial Walkers, Bobby Hurleys, and more!
Then we got after the 12 days of Christmas, starting with 1 Burpee and stacking exercises from there:
1st Day- Burpee
2nd Day- 2 Mike Tysons
3rd Day- 3 4-count Imperial Walkers
4th Day- 4 Bubby Hurleys
5th Day- 5 Diaaaaamond Merkins
6th Day- 6 SSH IC
7th Day- Donkey Kicks On My Up (OMU)
8th Day- Annie’s (wash that floor!)
9th Day- Hand Release RELEASE Merkins (Shoutout to McRib for introducing that brutality years ago)
10th Day- Monkey Humpers
11th Day- Plank Jacks IC
12th Day- Carolina Dry Docks
We wrapped that 12th day just in time to count, name, announce and pray.

1. Sign up for Bell Ringing with Salvation Army- next Saturday 12/21/2024, see the mumblechatter channel to add your name. Bring a Pax with you! No such thing as too much joining in on the fun
