Tabata-chiabatta timer was utilized. We cycled 3 min Ruck and an exercise after It Had Been a Minute!

  • Lunges OYO AMRAP
  • American Hammers 4CIC AMRAP
  • Burpees OYO AMRAP
  • Overhead Presses OYO AMRAP
  • Ruck Curls OYO AMRAP

This cycle was rinsed & repeated until we returned to the gazebo 1-1/2 minutes over our alotted time.
