Sevens at Four Corner Stations:

7 Burpees at each corner with various types of Mosey in between.

14 Sumo Squats at each corner with various types of Mosey in between.

21 WW1 Sit-ups at each corner with various types of Mosey in between.

28 Al Gore Overhead Presses at each corner with various types of Mosey in between.

7 Burpees, 7 Sumo Squats, 7 WWI Sit-Ups & 7 Al Gore Overhead Presses at each corner with various types of Mosey in between.

Final Tally:  56 Burpees, 84 SS’s, 112 WWI’s, 140 AGOP’s & 3/4 mile various Mosey’s.
