A close friend of F3 (still trying to get him there in the mornings) is spearheading a 5k at the new Martin-Marietta Park to raise money for Special Olympics. The event is hosted by the New Bern Police Department and I know many of you could use some brownie points there!
I think this would be a great event for a strong F3 showing of 1st & 2nd F and cover The Bear workout for that day. Run, walk or ruck – we can also add our own flavor to the 5k by finishing out the hour with a quick beatdown around the park facilities.
Bring the family and see how the park is coming along. Wear your F3 gear – be seen!
