The Challenge:Image

 

5 Rounds for Time of:

  1. 10 Swings
  2. 10 Exercises
  3. 15 Swings
  4. 15 Exercises
  5. 25 Swings
  6. 25 Exercises
  7. 50 Swings
  8. 50 Exercises
  9. Run 411 meters (That’s what it works out to on this loop, stay tight to the corners!)

Exercises:

  1. Hand Release Merkins
  2. Body Weight Squats (can add your coupon as desired)
  3. Bent Over Rows with Coupon
  4. Rowers- lay on your 6, arms over head, bend knees as you elevate, similar to a World War I, but adding the knee bend during the ab move
  5. Overhead press with Coupon

We’ll do a small warm-o-rama, go over the exercises, then get into it.  Mary TBA how hard we’re breathing by 0700.
