- 10 Swings
- 10 Exercises
- 15 Swings
- 15 Exercises
- 25 Swings
- 25 Exercises
- 50 Swings
- 50 Exercises
- Run 411 meters (That’s what it works out to on this loop, stay tight to the corners!)
Exercises:
- Hand Release Merkins
- Body Weight Squats (can add your coupon as desired)
- Bent Over Rows with Coupon
- Rowers- lay on your 6, arms over head, bend knees as you elevate, similar to a World War I, but adding the knee bend during the ab move
- Overhead press with Coupon
