THE THANG:
We’ll do FOUR exercises of TWENTY reps after each run interval, doing the exercises on your home front doorstep:
Out & back 1/4 mile- 20 Merkins, 20 calf raises, 20 shoulder taps, 20 squats
Out & back 1/2 mile- 20 Merkins, 20 calf raises, 20 shoulder taps, 20 squats
Out & back 1 mile- 20 Merkins, 20 calf raises, 20 shoulder taps, 20 squats
(If time, repeat 1/4 mile loop)

10 Rosalitas 4-Count (Long 3-count out, 1 count back to middle…Ab exercise done laying on back, legs raised to 90 degrees. Keeping legs perpendicular to ground, separate legs outward then return to start.)
