Min 10 lbs ruck weight if < 150 lbs body weight

Min 20 lbs ruck weight if > 150 lbs body weight

Ruck weight can be weight plates, bricks (duct tape together & wrap in a towel), books, etc.

I understand there may be an extra couple of rucks available if you would like to participate, but don’t have any gear.  Thank you, Colombo.

Wool socks are better than cotton.

Bring an index card, a pen and a small baggie to keep them in.  Also bring a watch/stopwatch.
