The Thang
BLIMPS format with a 25 yard mosey across parking lot following each exercise and 15 LBC & 15 CBL after the squats. Set a 30 minute timer. Began with:
1 Burpee, mosey
1 Burpee, 2 Lunges per leg, mosey
1 Burpee, 2 Lunges per leg, 3 4-count Imperial Walkers, mosey…
1 Burpee, 2 Lunges per leg, 3 4-count Imperial Walkers, 4 Merkins
1 Burpee, 2 Lunges per leg, 3 4-count Imperial Walkers, 4 Merkins, 5 4-count Plank Jacks
1 Burpee, 2 Lunges per leg, 3 4-count Imperial Walkers, 4 Merkins, 5 4-count Plank Jacks, 6 Squats plus LBC/CBL

Start new round with multiples of 2 for each exercise except LBC/CBL which stayed at 15 each. 3rd round was multiples of 3 for each exercise and so on.

Peeping Tom was well into round 5 when time was called. Hambone and 1 Finger were also into round 5. YHC needed to finish up squats and LBC/CBL for round 4.
