Hambone led the Ruckers through the battlefield trails at a grueling pace. YHC ran around Taberna and returned as the Ruckers were emerging from the woods soaked in sweat and short of breath, just in time for a quick lap around the parking lot! :muscle:
By @Nutz Apple Watch they covered 2.73 miles, 15:36 pace, 216 feet of elevation gain. YHC ran just short of a 5K and lost 2.5 lbs pre workout weight compared to post workout weight.
