Planted an imaginary shovel flag, strapped on 45# and hit the Taberna loop. Made the loop in about 40 minutes, ruck shuffled around the car to make up the last 5.
Numbered off, gave myself a hug for a COT, called it a morning. Rushed home to Coffeeteria before the kids got up.
