The Thang
YHC brought out a deck of cards as well as coupons for some of the exercises. Suit determined specific exercise and card number determined reps. Coupons were 20 & 30lb ruck plate for Thrusters and 40 & 60lb sandbag for Shoulder Toss. Pax split into team 1 and team 2.

hearts 9-Ace carolina dry docks

spades 2-7 burpees
spades 9-Ace WW1 situps

YHC decided upon a 2 minute Plank when the Joker was pulled and the run consisted of a short 250 yard mosey. The Pax worked through all the cards in about 50 minutes. With a little time to spare, YHC called for 10 more reps of Carolin Dry Docks, Merkins, Sumo Squats and WW1 sit-ups as well as 3 more reps of Burpees, Jump Squats, Shoulder Toss and Thrusters.
