Short Tour of the CStone grounds for Warm-a-Rama with stops for Side Straddle Hops, Carrot Pickers, Sun Gods, and Imperial Walkers.
The tour ended back at the Godnasium entrance where we had a variety of Kettlebells and a Sandbag.
Exercises were Sandbag Romanian Dead Lifts and Single-arm Kettlebell Rows.
Mosey back to the front lot for a Triple-Triple (3 exercises, 3 sets). Each pax rotated through the 3 exercises: 2 stationary, 1 down to the curb and back. AMRAP during the time it took for the moving Pax to get down and back. The sets were:
– Merkins, LBCs, Bear Crawl
– Al Gore, 6 Inch Hold, Lunge Walk
– Triple Jump, Plank, Shuttle Run x4
We went back to the Godnasium entrance for some more weighted work.

– Sandbag clean, press, and drop behind
– Kettlebell Swings
– Kettlebell triceps press
Set 2
– Sandbag Squats
– Curls
– Plank
That was when YHC received a message from the M that I was needed at home. So we wrapped it up with Count-a-rama, Name-a-rama, and the Lord’s Prayer.
