10K training doesn’t care if I’m on vacation or not. Out of town on vacation? No factor. Packed running shoes and clothing to get some work in. After recovering from illness last weekend, plan this week was 3 days of 30-minute “easy runs”. Accordingly the THANG today was:
Walk 5-minutes
Run 20-minutes
Walk 5-minutes

Total 2-miles in 30 minutes. Easy recovery run.
