Two years ago I rucked the Turkey Trot 5K.
Last year I ran/walked the 5K in 45:48.
Wanted to do the 5K again this year but also the idea of a 10K is appealing to me. However, I don’t run and struggle with running, thus the problem.

Started training this week for the Turkey Trot 10K (reserving the right to change to the 5K if training didn’t progress). Training was in addition to F3 workouts.

Garmin coach “Easy Run”
Planned:
5-minutes: Warm up
10-minutes: Run
15-minutes: Run (optional)
5-minutes: Cool Down

What Actually Happened:
5-minutes: Warm up walking
20-minutes: Run
14-minutes: Run/Walk 2-minute intervals

Total:
Miles: 3.10
Time: 39:40

Ended with 5-minutes of stretching and 50-Merkins
