15 SSH, 10 cotton pickers, 10 imperial walkers, downward dog

 4 corners while repeato on each exercise as we picked them up. 10 merkins, 15 LBC’s, 20 Mountain climbers, 25 squats. X 2

To the rock pile. Triple check. Runner 1/2 way up gazebo, coupon curls and overhead press. 2nd triple Runner to gazebo, then  rock copters and rock squats with run to Gazebo. Both x 3
