A Pax of 7 posted at the Union Point Park Flag Poles ready to get their Ruck On. Good to see Tiny Dancer back with the Pax.
This was to be a no BS Ruck. Route took us over the bridge and ended up in the Bridgepointe neighborhood. Pax took a tactical pause at the House of Stye, where we performed driveway Monkey Humpers, IC, 10x. Returned via the same route (almost) and closed out in the officially sanctioned F3 manner.
Stats per Goose: 3.09 miles, total time of 44:53, average pace of 14:31
Note to Pax: Be sure to stay upwind of Theranos. That Cool Water vapor/scent trail was STRONG!
