The Point BackBlast – Q is full of BS

A Pax of 14 posted this morning and were greeted with warmer temps.  This was part of YHC’s gift to the Pax in recognition of 53 years.  All gathered in the Gazebo, where Mission Statement, etc. was recited.  We began promptly at 0530 with a beatdown that was chock full of BS (Birthday Surprises)

  • Mosey to grassy area beside Gazebo
  • Down Chain with Birthday Squats (BS), OMD (Start with 10 and decrease by 1 each successive time, skipping 2 for a total of 53), plus one Burpee after each set of Squats
  • Mosey one lap – approximately 53 seconds in duration (BS)
  • Down Chain with Merkins, OMD, plus one Birthday Squat after each set of Merkins
  • Mosey one lap – approximately 53 seconds in duration (BS)
  • Down Chain with American Hammer, IC plus one Merkin after each set of American Hammers
  • Iron Cross – 53 seconds per position (BS)
