14 of us posted on a rain free Thurs AM. Saturated ground so asphalt was surface of choice today. No FNGs and off we went.

WARMARAMA

  • SSH IC x 25
  • Phelps IC x 10
  • Windmills IC x 15
  • Quad stretch OYO
  • Downward dog
  • Sitting toe touches
  • Back stretches: 1) Sitting R leg over left knee and switch  2) On back, R leg over body and switch
  • Mosey to parking lot across from convention center

THE THANG

  • Partner up:  Burpies then run to opposite sides of parking lot – start at 10 Burpies, run; 9 burpies, run; 8 burpies, run etc
  • 11s: Iron mikes, Eskimo merkins
  • Mosey to wall
    • Partner up (exercise then switch roles)
      • A: split squats x 20 ea leg, B: oblique crunches, switch sides when partner A switches
      • A: calf raises x 75, B: LBCs
      • A: squats x 20, B: Crunchy frogs

MARY

  • Mosey back to flag pole and then performed circle burp (high knees, each Pax did 2 burpies around circle)
