THE THANG
- Partner up: Burpies then run to opposite sides of parking lot – start at 10 Burpies, run; 9 burpies, run; 8 burpies, run etc
- 11s: Iron mikes, Eskimo merkins
- Mosey to wall
- Partner up (exercise then switch roles)
- A: split squats x 20 ea leg, B: oblique crunches, switch sides when partner A switches
- A: calf raises x 75, B: LBCs
- A: squats x 20, B: Crunchy frogs
- Partner up (exercise then switch roles)
MARY
- Mosey back to flag pole and then performed circle burp (high knees, each Pax did 2 burpies around circle)
