- Mosey to entrance side for MIM, On curb facing your partner at opposing curb, bear crawl to the middle, alternating hand slaps X 10, crawl bear back to curb for 10 Derkins, repeat with 9 hand slaps/derkins, then 8,7,6,5, audible called here down to 1. Quick mosey to field on south side for more partner work – a little DORA:
- 100 (cumulative) Hand release, release, release Merkins while partner does suicide using trees as markers
- 200 WW1’s while partner bear crawls to 1st tree and back
- 300 Iron Mikes, partner backwards run to 2nd tree, sprint back
