Can’t stop won’t stop

Thankfully there was a breeze this morning.  YHC still ended up wet and winded, here’s why:

  • 30 – 60 – 90 (back by popular demand): 30 squats, bear crawl to opposite side, 30 squats, 30 sumos, bear crawl to opposite side, 30 squats, 30 sumos, 30 jump squats.
  • Mosey to entrance side for MIM, On curb facing your partner at opposing curb, bear crawl to the middle, alternating hand slaps X 10, crawl bear back to curb for 10 Derkins, repeat with 9 hand slaps/derkins, then 8,7,6,5, audible called here down to 1.  Quick mosey to field on south side for more partner work – a little DORA:
  • 100 (cumulative) Hand release, release, release Merkins while partner does suicide using trees as markers
  • 200 WW1’s while partner bear crawls to 1st tree and back
  • 300 Iron Mikes, partner backwards run to 2nd tree, sprint back
