Great to have a PAX of 10 this cool, cloudy morning. We’ll be pining for days like this in a few weeks. Here’s what we did:
Warm-O-Rama
- Helicopters IC X 10

Mosey around to track for
Thang – a little more
- Partner up for pull ups – do as many as you can, take a 10 count break, then do 5 more assisted. Flap jack, move to other end rinse, repeat. Back to other end, rinse repeat – this time to 10 assisted.
- Catch me if you can around track X 2 with 3 burpees/backwards run, then line up on sidelines for 30-60-90
- 30 squats, bear crawl (per PAX request) careful to keep front paws clean to opposite sideline for 30 squats, then 30 sumo squats, bear crawl back to starting point for 30 squats, 30 sumo squats, 30 squat jumps.
- Partner wheel barrows (how else would you do a wheel barrow?), as far as you can, rest for a 5 count, then back at it for a little more. Flap jack.
- Back to the goal posts for pull ups, assist to 10 when exhausted, then we met in the middle of field for partner leg throws for a total of 100 per group.
- Mosey to covered area for 30 calf raises per step, then mosey to front for
