A Pax of 16 were stylin’ and profilin’ as they left the park this morning following a heavy chest, shoulders and back day. Probably a little flex in the mirror before hitting the shower too…still need some more ab work, but I digress.
The ‘thang’ was pull-ups and push-ups with varying hand positions and styles with each 4 exercise x 15 rep set followed by a directional loop around the parking lot. Facing N, then E, S and W with mosey, karaoke, backwards and karaoke. Kinda hard to explain. Finished with Mary and then Butterball crushing us with leg raises. If he ever Q’s, watch out.
The pax listing may be incomplete as upon leaving the parking lot my arms were too tired to reach the seatbelt and Johnny-law-dog got in behind me coming off the overpass. So the time I’d spend remembering who was present, I was contemplating reaching for that shiny buckle beside my left ear, or continuing my bluff and rolling home. The bluff worked, he pulled off.
