Started rucking with various carry types, including, but not limited to: Overhead Carry, Farmer’s/Suitcase Carry, Ruck on Front. Stopped at various intervals along the way:
Stop 1: Ruck Thrusters, OYO, 20x
Stop 2: Squat with one arm ruck extension, OYO, 10x per arm for total of 20 squats
Stop 3: Ruck Thrusters, OYO, 20x
Stop 4: Squat with one arm ruck extension, OYO, 10x per arm for total of 20 squats
Stop 5: Ruck Thrusters, OYO, 20x with Bonus Ruck on Front Bridge Plank for 1 min.
Stop 6: Squat with one arm ruck extension, OYO, 10x per arm with Bonus Ruck Pull-Thru in Plank position, OYO, 20x
Return to Union Point Park for Hard Stop at 0615. Covered 2.14 miles.
