- Same exercises descending from 10 count to 1.
- Run 3 laps around perimeter of parking lot
- Ranger merkins x 10 – Bulgarian split squats x 10 ea leg – Diamond merkins x 10 – Monkey humpers x 10 – Capt Thor sittups x 10
- Same exercises descending form 10 count to 1.
- 5 min plank
- When plank is broken – 4 Burpees, 4 Lunges ea leg
