Pre-Bunny Work

5 of us posted on a cold Sat April morning hoping to get a head start on those Cadbury eggs and Peeps. No FNGs and off we went.

WARMARAMA

  • SSH IC x 30
  • SGs IC x 10 ea direction
  • Imp walkers IC x 15
  • WMs IC x 10
  • Downward dog stretch
  • Run around school to the courtyard with boxes

THE THANG

  • Burpees x 10 – Lunges x 10 ea leg – Merkins x 10 – Squats x 10 – Dips x 10
    • Same exercises descending from 10 count to 1.
  • Run 3 laps around perimeter of parking lot
  • Ranger merkins x 10 – Bulgarian split squats x 10 ea leg – Diamond merkins x 10 – Monkey humpers x 10 – Capt Thor sittups x 10
    • Same exercises descending form 10 count to 1.
  • 5 min plank
    • When plank is broken – 4 Burpees, 4 Lunges ea leg

  • Low slow flutter x 30 IC
  • LBCs x 50 IC
  • 100s
