The Thang
Before leaving the gazebo, we did the following
- 5 Pull-ups OYO
- Leg Raises OMUx10
- Rinse & repeat
Mosey around the park to return to the Gandermobile to find some little friends waiting in the bed of the truck (half cinder blocks = Qpon). A short, but off center mosey to the Convention Center, where we rested the Qpons for a nice, brisk Raccoon Crawl and then Al Gore for the 6 holding the Qpon.
Short mosey across the street to the parking lot retaining wall where the start of the line positioned in a Decline Plank onto the Qpon. Then taking a Snake Run process worked our way around the wall to the end at Franklin’s parking lot. We then lined up on one side of the parking lot to prepare to really explore the space and get to know the pavement as follows:
- Inch Worm across lot & back with a Merkin at the bottom and 5 OH presses at the top
- Side note – this one did not look bad on paper – it actually sucked!
- Lunge Walk across lot & back with Qpon twisted to the side at the bottom of the lunge
- Lt. Cusack across lot & back with Qpon
Returned to the parking lot retaining wall and repeated the Decline Plank Snake Run. Followed that with a return to the Convention Center for a less than enthusiastic Raccoon Crawl with an Al Gore for the 6.
Moseyed back to the gazebo with the Qpon.
