Wonderful morning for rucking. Beautiful sunrise. Here’s what we did:
Warm-O Rama
- SSH IC X 10
- Sun gods F/R IC X 10
- Ruck up, nice pace over to convention center entrance for….
Thang
- 20 Door knobs
- 20 swings
- 20 around the waist ruck rows
- 20 curl squats
- 20 ruck thrusters
- Ruck to parking lot beside Shrine Temple – repeat the above to 15 for each exercise
- Ruck to parking lot by Brewery 99 – repeat the above to 10
- Ruck back to convention center and complete Door knobs X 20. Audible called for finishing the workout by the river for a better view of the beauty and glory of the day.
