For those about to ruck

Wonderful morning for rucking.  Beautiful sunrise.  Here’s what we did:

Warm-O Rama

  • SSH IC X 10
  • Sun gods F/R IC X 10
  • Ruck up, nice pace over to convention center entrance for….

Thang 

  • 20 Door knobs
  • 20 swings
  • 20 around the waist ruck rows
  • 20 curl squats
  • 20 ruck thrusters
  • Ruck to parking lot beside Shrine Temple – repeat the above to 15 for each exercise
  • Ruck to parking lot by Brewery 99 – repeat the above to 10
  • Ruck back to convention center and complete Door knobs X 20.  Audible called for finishing the workout by the river for a better view of the beauty and glory of the day.
