11 braved the sub-freezing temps this AM.  As promised in welcome, there were no flying monkey humpers in today’s workout.  It didn’t take long to forget about the cold.

  • Tempo Cliff Hanger Merkins X 20
  • Hanging leg raises X 25 (then 20, then 15 in following rounds)
  • Rinse, repeat X 2
  • Catch me if you can with 3 burpees/backwards run around circle (1 lap)
