Ruck It BackBlast – Get Up!!

A cold and foggy morning greeted the Pax upon arrival at Union Point Park.  Once gathered, Pax rucked up and made good time along our route up E. Front and continuing up Broad Street.  Reaching our destination at Tabernacle Baptist Church, we began to get warm in earnest.

THE THANG:

  • Ruck Thrusters (start with ruck on ground and in squat position, stand and press ruck overhead, return to starting orientation), 10x
  • Ruck Get Ups (ruck on front, lying on back/6, roll forward and stand up), 10x
  • Rinse & Repeat for total of 7x

Pax rucked back to gazebo.  With a couple of minutes to spare, Pax performed:

  • Pullups, 2x, followed immediately by
  • Hanging Knee Lifts, 10x
  • Rinse & Repeat for total of 3x

Hard Stop @ 0615.  YHC closed with prayer.

Great work this morning.
