
A pax of 2 braved the chill and the lure of going back to the fartsack for an impromptu Fartlek at the Bear. With no Q signed up, pax decided to share the lead.
After a brief warm-a-rama in the school entrance consisting of SSH, cotton pickers and downward dog, YHC opted for a BOMBS workout with a run around the front entrance circle between sets of each exercise. Each pax completed the following:
Burpees x50, Overhead press x 75, Merkins x 100, Big boy sit-ups x 125, Squats x 150
Mosey total 3.75 miles
With no time left for Mary, we closed in a quick prayer. Next time, PlanB chooses the routine. May it involve less running.
