SSH IC x 20, Sun Gods IC x10 F&R, Cotton Pickers IC x 10, leg stretch OYO
Mosey to front of school for calf raises x 20 per step then one of the featured exercises of the day, J-Los (variant 1) IC x 5 (both legs).
Mosey to side of school for Rail Crawl followed by second featured exercise of the day, Imperial Squat Walker IC x 5.
Mosey to back of school for 60 second wall sit and final featured exercise of the day, Merkins OMD x 5.
Mosey to track for the Thang. 10 dips at track side bench followed by a set of J-Los, Imperial Squat Walkers and Merkins x 6 each followed by an Indian Run x 100 yards. Repeat JIM x 7, Indian Run x 200 yards, JIM x 8, .Indian Run x 300 yards, JIM x 9, etc…Each time we passed the bench, we stopped for 10 dips. Completed Indian Run cycle of 600 yards and JIM x12 before we had to head back to parking lot for a right on time hard stop.
