Ruck It BackBlast

A smaller than average Pax of 3 posted this morning.  However, these HIMs were ready for what lay ahead.  The Gloom was slightly gloomier than usual, but not as bad as it could have been — just a hint of a drizzle as we got started.

Pax rucked around downtown with YHC on the lookout for dry spots for Ruckercise.  Dry Zones located at Convention Center Gazebo, United Bank drive-thru, and BB&T drive-thru.  YHC wondered about the existence of a roof/overhang at the rear of the History & Education Center.  After rucking to that destination, Pax was left disappointed.  A quick attitude adjustment was provided by the luxurious padding surrounding the small ship playground to the rear of the H&EC.

  • Absolutely 0 Squats (request from Pax who posted at The Bear Saturday)

Appreciate the opportunity to get up and get outside this morning.  Shout out to Kevorkian who was spotted solo speed-walking around Union Point Park.
