A 4-Pax posted at Ruck It this morning ready to do work. Mission Statement and Disclaimer recited and Pax got started.
THE THANG
Lucky 7 consists of 7 exercises performed one after the other in fairly rapid succession:
- Rucked Up Shoulder Taps, 21x
- Rucked Up Squats, OMD, 21x
- Skull Crushers, OMU, 21x
- Ruck Curls, OMU, 21x
- Upright Ruck Row, OMU, 21x
- Bent Over Ruck Row, OMU, 21x
- Overhead Ruck Press, OMU, 21x
Pax rucked around the downtown business district with stops at Nautical Wheelers, City Hall, Pepsi Store and Capt. Ratty’s. Each stop provided the Pax with an opportunity to try their luck. 4 complete sets of Lucky 7’s were accomplished. After meandering back to Union Point Park, we had time for one more short set, with each exercise requiring only a 7 count.
With arms quivering, Pax had hard stop @ 0615 where YHC offered prayer for our Pax and others. Great work and great morning to start the week.
