11 men posted on a very comfortable Monday morning. No FNG’s, so we decided to get uncomfortable and we were off and running to the Garber parking lot.

Partnered up for Catch me if you can. Partner 1 started running backwards while partner 2 did 5 burpees then ran to catch the partner and swap exercises. Ran for 5 or 6 laps around the Garber parking lot.
Next we did an escalator series. Started with 1 burpee, 1 four count jump angel and 1 hand release merkin followed by a lap. Then 2, 2, 2 and a lap, etc. escalating up to 10. Some finished with full set of 10.
Ran out of Garber parking lot and took a right towards Country Club Dr. to run the long way around to the entrance of the club. Once everyone was gathered, we did a jail break sprint to the parking lot!
Fully toasted and exactly 6:15, we called it.
