  • WMs x 20 IC

  • Downward/upward dog
  • 5 Burpees
  • Indian run around school to practice field

THE THANG

  • 4 corners (marked by cones), exercises at each corner followed by Indian bear crawl to next corner
    • Corner #1 : 40 standard merkins, 30 Carolina DDs, 20 Ranger Merkins, 10 Diamond Merkins
    • #2: 40 squats, 30 Lunges ea leg, 20 Sumo squats, 10 Monkey Humpers
    • #3: 40 air presses, 30 Forward sun gods, 20 Reverse sun goods, 10 Moroccan night clubs (keep arms up with all exercises)
    • #4: 20 Oblique crunches ea side, 30 Flutters, 20 LBCs, 10 Crunchy frogs
    • Rinse and Repeat with some count modifications
    • #1 : 30 standard merkins, 20 Carolina DDs, 10 Ranger Merkins, 5 Diamond Merkins
    • #2: 30 squats, 20 Lunges ea leg, 10 Sumo squats, 5 Monkey Humpers
    • #3: 30 air presses, 20 Forward sun gods, 20 Reverse sun goods, 10 Moroccan night clubs
    • #4: 15 Oblique crunches ea side, 20 Flutters, 20 LBCs, 5 Crunchy frogs
  • Mosey to Front of the school
  • 11s – American Hammers/shoulder taps (2 count), climbing over wall between exercises

  • Dips x 25
  • Inclined Merkins x 20
  • Dips x 20
  • LBCs x 50
