- Corner #1 : 40 standard merkins, 30 Carolina DDs, 20 Ranger Merkins, 10 Diamond Merkins
- #2: 40 squats, 30 Lunges ea leg, 20 Sumo squats, 10 Monkey Humpers
- #3: 40 air presses, 30 Forward sun gods, 20 Reverse sun goods, 10 Moroccan night clubs (keep arms up with all exercises)
- #4: 20 Oblique crunches ea side, 30 Flutters, 20 LBCs, 10 Crunchy frogs
- Rinse and Repeat with some count modifications
