THE THANG
Pax rucked up and started on our route. The routine would be 6 minutes of rucking, 2 minutes of ruck run/shuffle, 2 minutes of ruckercise (AMRAP), Rinse & Repeat until our time was up.

Set 4 – Rucked Up Reverse Grip Curb Irkins (YHC uttered exclamation of disbelief at the timer on this set)
