Ruck It – Sandbag Work

2 men built some muscle with a little additional weight on Monday AM before the flooding started. With the water that was anticipated overnight, the sprinklers that were on might have been a bit of overkill.

Warmarama consisted of Sun Gods x10 IC, forward and reverse and then a lap around the park.

Partnering was made easy with just 2 pax. Partner A stayed back near the Gazebo for some exercises while Partner B rucked down to the flag poles and back.

A: Sandbag Romanian Deadlifs with ruck still on
B: Ruck (no sandbag) down and back

Rinse and Repeat Squats and Romanian Deadlifts.

A: Standard Merkins
B: Ruck with Sandbag down and back.

With about 12 minutes left, ruck around the convention center and back taking turns carrying the sandbag.
