Run Around and Do Stuff

A pax of 7 enjoyed a warm and humid Saturday morning.

Warm- up of SSH, Windmills, Sun Gods (sobriety), Baseball arm stretches, Downward Dog and 4 Burpees

We moseyed to the gym entrance for 4 Burpees, Irkins x 20 OMD, Travoltas 4CIC x 10, Derkins x 20 OMD.

Mosey to front entrance:  4 Burpees, Calf Raises x 10 each step,  Squats x 20 OMD,  Rail climb.  Rinse and repeat with slow squats for Goose.

Mosey to practice field for: 4 Burpees,  7s of Carolina Dry Docks/Sumo Squats w/ Lt Dan each way, 7s of Crunchy Frog/Jump Squat with Inch Worm each way (merkin with each down was quickly abandoned).  Unicorn astutely observed there was no way YHC was going to finish the exercise list.  YHC made a quick audible to 6s and we wrapped up with Winthorpe reaching the 7 mark.

Mosey to side of school for a quick 60 second BTTW and People’s Chair.

Mosey to pull-up bar for 5 each while remaining pax held plank.

Mosey to overhang for Bulgarian Split Squats x 15 each leg OMD, elevated Pickle Pointers x 15 OMU, 15 Erkins OMD, 15 Derkins OMD.

Mosey to grass for Mary: 15 WW1 OYO, 30 AH OYO, 60 LBC OYO. Counted, Name-a-rama and YHC closed in prayer.
